Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, is located about 45 minutes east of Spokane, WA. For those local to Washington state, driving is a great option, that's what we are planning to do! If you do not live in Washington, or simply prefer to fly, the closest airport to the venue is Spokane International Airport (GEG). It is a 45-minute drive to the resort from the airport.

There is a room block reserved at the Coeur d'Alene Resort for all guests for the weekend. There are a few room options, and all of them have discounted rates. These rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis, so if you plan to attend, please book as soon as possible!

To book with the hotel, please follow these instructions:

1. Call the Coeur d’Alene Resort Reservations Department at (888) 965 - 6542. Ask for the Grace/Abtahi block (there are a few options with various prices). Website: https://www.cdaresort.com/.

2. To reserve a room, the hotel will ask for a card over the phone and charge for 1 night of the stay (room, tax, and surcharge). Then upon arrival, rest of the stay will be charged up front. There is a cancellation policy of up to 7 days prior to the wedding and the entire deposit will be refunded.

3. Should an early check out be needed, this must be requested in advance. No show reservations will be charged for the entire stay.

If the rooms in the block have been fully booked, there may still be room availability at the resort, so please feel free to work with the resort's concierge.

If those options don't work, there are other hotel options within a few miles of the Coeur d'Alene Resort, including The Holiday Inn Express & Suites, The Springhill Suites by Marriott, the Staybridge Suites, and the Hampton Inn Suites.

There are also several Airbnb/Vrbo options as well!

For those who plan on driving or renting a car, there is plenty of parking at the resort. Self-park is $20 per night, and valet is $24 per night. On the day of the wedding, there is no charge for parking at the Hagadone Event Center.

For those who are flying into GEG and do not plan to have a car, there are a few transportation options available:

1. Request an Uber / Lyft to and from the airport.

2. Book the hotel shuttle. It is $90 per person for a round trip to/from the airport.

3. Ask a friend or family member for a ride!
